Why checking for palm trees is a part of a pool inspection?

The team at Claro has developed Safety Pool Inspection, which is so much more than just looking at the pool.

When inspecting, we are studying the pool, the way it was built, and all the components comprised at the build. We look at the things in the swimming pool that can be proven unsafe. It's a complex examination that can prevent lawsuits, and buyer and seller dissatisfaction, which we know no realtor wants.

One of the crucial components of our professional Safety Pool Inspection protocol is examining how the trees are growing around the pool & spa area.

Planting palm trees around the pool adds a beautiful tropical touch to our backyard's landscape, and as those of us who chose to live in the Coachella Valley, we are lucky to design our backyards this way. But beware, palm trees have hidden hazards.

Its roots often act like a straw, so they find their way to the water, so if you noticed that suddenly our swimming pool is below the usual level and you need to fill it out more often, give us a call, request a pool inspection, we would check that for you!

We have had 25 years of experience in the pool industry and service many pool homes in the Coachella Valley. We have seen how a general home inspection can miss critical components of a very complex pool equipment area. These types of accidents generate many problems for the new homeowners.

As the number one Pool Service company in California, we provide comprehensive reports, including before/after photos and recommendations, sent via email, so you can close your deal sure that your clients are safe and happy and return to buy more investments and homes from you!
